Resume

Summary

My music journey began at the age of three, inspired by Disney’s Young Musicians Symphony Orchestra commercial. Recognizing my early interest, my parents enrolled me in lessons at the Suzuki School in Hammond, IN. At six years old, I won a competition that captured the attention of violinist Rachel Barton, who recommended I continue my studies at the Music Institute of Chicago (MIC). There, I spent three years taking private lessons with Sang Mee Lee while also participating in chamber ensembles and recitals.

Following my time at MIC, I studied under Kassie Meeks. At 17, I joined the Northwest Indiana Youth Symphony Orchestra as a first violinist. As part of this ensemble, I had the honor of touring Austria and Germany.

Throughout college, I continued to refine my craft, performing in local theater productions, weddings, nursing homes, and funerals. My versatility as a musician allows me to adapt to a wide range of styles, including classical, pop, rock, jazz, and country.
